Included in the price: the use of wellness facilities, lift and use of the recreation room and hotel bar, free ski depot (ski and shoe lockers with heating system!) at the 3S-Pardatschgratbahn.
Parking
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs € 2 per day.
Travel Cancellation Insurance
We also recommend a travel cancellation insurance to make sure there won’t be any unnecessary expenses for you in the case of illness, death, job loss, etc. If interested, please check out the website www.europaeische.at
Pets
Please understand that pets are not allowed.
Spa area
Opening Hours during winter months: daily from 4 till 8 pm!
In summer our wellness area is closed!

Payment and cancellation conditions
- No free cancellation
- From the time of booking, the amount of 30% is calculated from the total price
- 60 days to 14 days before arrival, the amount of 70% is calculated from the total price
- 14 days to 0 days before arrival, the amount of 100% is calculated from the total price
- In order to guarantee the reservation, we will charge the guest's credit card with a deposit of 30% of the total price.
